sGRID Mechanics

sGRID is the reward-accruing version of GRID, and is the world's first global electricity asset. sGRID earns rewards from treasury yields and the protocol's physical energy infrastructure.

sGRID is not a stablecoin; it is a free-floating yieldcoin.

Basic capital flows:

1. Minting: A user mints GRID stablecoins directly from the M0 issuer, or acquire them on a secondary DEX

2. Staking: GRID is staked to sGRID at the quoted NAV price

3. Deployment: GRID is drawn from the sGRID vault by sponsors to fund new projects

4. Revenue: Revenues from projects and treasury yields replenish the vault

5. Redemption: Depositors can unstake and redeem sGRID for GRID via QEV at the NAV price

6. Recycling: Unredeemed GRID is reinvested in more assets
