Protocol Fees

The protocol charges fees to support the growth of its reserve fund, as well as to support the longevity of the protocol and fund future development, growth and incentives.

Protocol fees are charges on revenues returned to the DayFi yield vault from the underlying infrastructure. Protocol fees are currently set at 12%, and are modifiable by governance.

Offchain (SPV) Fees

Independent managers will collect management fees at the SPV level for their ongoing support of servicing the underlying asset portfolio. These fees are netted out at the SPV level; NAV is calculated on a post-SPV fee basis.

These fees are set by the protocol for indepenent managers' services in their Service Agreement.
